Rupinder Minhas

Rupinder practices in areas of business law, corporate law, tax law, securities law, wills and estate law, and real estate law. He enjoys assisting clients with the sale and purchase of various types of businesses. He is committed to formulating practical and cost-effective solutions to address the matters for which his clients seek his assistance.  

Rupinder was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. Before joining the Minhas Lawyers Professional Corporation in 2013 as a partner, Rupinder obtained his Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours at the University of Buckingham. Rupinder was awarded many awards while pursuing his law degree. He was nominated for the University’s most prestigious Edgar Palamountain Award for excellence. 

In addition to his law degree, Rupinder received an Honours Bachelor of Engineering. Before attending law school, Rupinder worked in the field of Canadian real estate and mortgage industries.

Rupinder is a member of The Law Society of Ontario and Canadian, and Ontario Bar Association.
