Rupinder Minhas

Rupinder practices in the areas of general litigation, business law, corporate law, tax law, securities law, and real estate law. He regularly represents clients in a range of civil and commercial disputes and is known for his practical and strategic approach to resolving matters both inside and outside the courtroom. He also enjoys assisting clients with the sale and purchase of various types of businesses and is committed to providing practical and cost-effective legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Rupinder was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. Before joining Minhas Lawyers Professional Corporation as a partner in the same year, he earned his Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Buckingham. While at law school, Rupinder received numerous academic awards and was nominated for the University’s most prestigious honour, the Edgar Palamountain Award for Excellence. 

In addition to his law degree, Rupinder holds an Honours Bachelor of Engineering. Prior to attending law school, he gained valuable experience working in the Canadian real estate and mortgage industries.

Rupinder is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
